Create an additional floor : Bungalow in Beaconsfield

It can be possible to add an additional storey.
The owners of this large bungalow in Beaconsfield needed to expand the family home and so the project involved forming an additional bedroom storey over the existing bungalow.
A new stair has been introduced and the building project was constructed carefully, with the original house in use. The contractors were Maidenhead- based Adams & Wade Ltd.

Expanding the layout of accommodation : House in Caversham

The house sits on a larger plot on Woodcote Road in Caversham and there was space for expansion.
The layout of the house was improved to the rear of the bungalow and new accommodation  constructed.
At the new extension to the rear of the house, we suggested extending the roof further out, creating an overhang supported on brickwork piers and so there is now a covered veranda overlooking the large rear garden.

Garden Development in Thomson Walk, Reading

A developer client had purchased this bungalow within a plot at Thomson Walk and was looking to uplift the value of the house by extending the property.
We devised a scheme to demolish the original house and develop two new detached houses.
This project then became the ultimate garden-development …. the properties were sold on, on completion of the development.
